Terms of Service

Effective 1 March 2026 · Questions? support@drawline.io

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using drawline.io or the DrawLine mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. What DrawLine Is

DrawLine is a post-trade behavioral enforcement tool for futures traders. It monitors your trading positions via exchange API, evaluates each position after it is opened against rules you configure, and applies enforcement actions according to your chosen plan. DrawLine does not pre-block trades — all positions are entered manually by you on your exchange. Guardian evaluates them after the fact.

Guard plan enforcement actions include: session locks (config freeze + full-screen cooldown overlay), breach logging, and RSI compliance flagging. A session lock is enforced at both the UI and session API layer — config becomes read-only and an overlay activates until the cooldown expires or you explicitly acknowledge you are overriding your own rules by typing the required phrase.

Sentinel plan enforcement actions include all of the above, plus position auto-close via exchange API, RSI compliance auto-close on entry violation, and hard session locks with no override mechanism.

DrawLine is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or trading platform. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or market analysis. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Not Financial Advice — ImportantLEGAL NOTICE

DrawLine is a risk management enforcement tool, not a financial advisory service.

The Service enforces rules that YOU define. It does not tell you what trades to make, when to trade, what position sizes to use, or whether any entry is good or bad. Breach thresholds, loss limits, consecutive loss rules, RSI compliance thresholds, and all Guardian configuration are set entirely by you.

RSI Compliance enforcement, in particular, evaluates RSI at the time of your entry against thresholds you set. It is not a market signal, prediction, or recommendation. A trade flagged or closed for RSI non-compliance is closed solely because it violated a rule you created — not because we believe it to be a losing trade.

We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any financial outcome arising from your use of the Service or from enforcement actions taken by Guardian.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where futures trading or our Service is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly at support@drawline.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

6. Mobile Application

DrawLine is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"). Your use of the App is also governed by these Terms.

App stores: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your download and installation of the App is subject to those platforms' terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the App or its content.

Updates: We may update the App from time to time. Certain updates may be required for continued access to the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.

Push notifications: The App may send push notifications for breach alerts, approaching-limit warnings, and session lock events. You may disable notifications in your device settings at any time, though this may affect your awareness of enforcement actions.

Background sync: On mobile, Guardian enforcement runs server-side and is not dependent on the App being open or your device being connected. Enforcement actions fire regardless of App state.

7. Exchange API KeysLEGAL NOTICE

By connecting an exchange account, you authorise DrawLine to use your API key to:

- Guard plan: Read position data, balances, and trade history. No write access. Session locks are enforced at the application layer and do not require exchange API write permissions.

- Sentinel plan: Read the above, plus close (reduce-only market sell) open positions when a Guardian rule is breached — including RSI compliance violations evaluated at entry.

You must not grant DrawLine API keys with withdrawal, transfer, or deposit permissions. Doing so violates these Terms and significantly increases your security risk. We request only the permissions described above, but it is your responsibility to verify the permissions you configure on your exchange.

We are not responsible for losses arising from API keys configured with excessive permissions, from exchange downtime that prevents auto-close from executing, from API rate limits that delay enforcement, or from errors in the exchange's API.

Auto-close is not guaranteed. Sentinel will attempt to close positions at breach, but execution depends on exchange API availability, network conditions, and market liquidity. DrawLine does not guarantee that auto-close orders will be filled at any particular price or at all.

8. Guardian EnforcementLEGAL NOTICE

Guardian enforcement is best-effort, not guaranteed.

Post-trade evaluation: Guardian evaluates positions after they are opened and synced from your exchange. It does not pre-block entries. There is inherent latency between a trade being placed on your exchange and Guardian detecting and acting on it. You acknowledge this latency exists.

RSI Compliance: RSI is evaluated at the time of entry using exchange price data available when the position syncs. RSI calculations use the timeframe and period you configure. Variations in exchange data, sync timing, and timeframe rollover may affect the RSI value evaluated. DrawLine does not guarantee that the RSI value used for enforcement precisely matches the value you would observe on your charting platform at the exact moment of entry.

Guard plan — session lock: When a rule is breached, a session lock is activated at both the UI layer and session API layer. Your dashboard displays a full-screen cooldown overlay, config becomes read-only, and editing requires active acknowledgment. The session lock is enforced server-side and persists regardless of browser state, App state, or internet connection. Session locks do not place or cancel orders on your exchange.

Sentinel plan — hard lock and auto-close: When a rule is breached, Guardian attempts to close all open positions via reduce-only market orders on your exchange API. The session is then hard-locked with no override mechanism. This action depends on our servers receiving position data from your exchange in time to act. Network delays, exchange API outages, data sync latency, and other technical factors can cause enforcement to be delayed or fail entirely.

Do not rely on Guardian as your only risk management mechanism. Use stop-losses on your exchange, maintain your own discipline, and treat Guardian as an additional structural layer — not a replacement for sound trading practice.

By using the Sentinel plan, you acknowledge that you have authorised automated order placement on your exchange account and that you accept the risks of automated trading, including the risk of orders being placed at unfavourable prices.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features requires an active subscription.

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each annual period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment only. To request a refund, email support@drawline.io within 7 days of your first charge.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing subscription prices. Price changes apply to the next billing period after the notice period.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and Guardian enforcement will be suspended.

10. Data and Anonymised Analytics

You retain ownership of your trading data, breach history, and Guardian configuration. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may use anonymised, non-identifiable, aggregated data — such as aggregate breach patterns, rule trigger frequency distributions, and enforcement response statistics — to improve our enforcement algorithms, inform product development, and publish general market behavior research. No individual trading data, account identifiers, or personally identifiable information is included in any aggregate analysis or publication.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service or App

- Use the Service to circumvent exchange rules, terms of service, or regulations

- Share your account credentials with others

- Attempt to access other users' data

- Use the Service to place automated trades beyond the auto-close functionality described herein

- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

- Attempt to bypass or defeat Guardian enforcement mechanisms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service and App, including their design, code, trademarks, and content, are owned by DrawLine and protected by intellectual property law.

Your trading data, breach history, and Guardian configuration remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or App without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability — ImportantLEGAL NOTICE

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

- Trading losses of any kind, including losses that occur despite or because of Guardian enforcement actions

- Losses from failed, delayed, or incorrect auto-close or session lock execution

- RSI evaluations that differ from what you observed on your charting platform

- Exchange API outages or failures

- Data loss or corruption

- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

- Any outcome resulting from your reliance on Guardian as your sole risk management mechanism

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrawLine, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon deletion, all associated API keys, trade records, session lock history, RSI evaluation logs, and behavioral data are purged from our active databases immediately. This action is irreversible.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitation of liability and indemnification.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@drawline.io and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. We will respond within 10 business days.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with proceedings conducted in English in Singapore.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DrawLine.
